You should write if you enjoy it. Do it for yourself. I wrote a short story I need to do some editing on and clean up the story. It's theuraputic for me, when I'm really stressed it's a way to express myself.

I geuss I dont really have a certain thing I do when Im stressed.sometimes I pray, sometimes I listen to music sometimes I just have a good cry and sit in my room and let my thoughts wonder, sometimes I read,I like to read,I paint pictures in my head and see what Im reading like I were a invisible spectator in a room for instance at Gateshead silently watching Jane Erye.by the way I love that book:) it's great!!!

I am reading the story The Miracle Worker. It's about Helen Keller, who was both blind and deaf and her teacher, The Miracle Worker, Annie Sullivan. You can see from my quote that I love it! There are a lot of good qoutes from that book.

I was subscribing to another Catholic Teen magazine, St. Maria's (Maria Gorreti) Messenger. It was really good, but two farm girls ran it and it took up to much time so they had to quit making it. In their last issue, they had readers write reviews on books and one of them was JPII High: Catholic Reluctantly. The girl who wrote this book had the same thoughts as you, Amanda. She thought it was good, but not as good as she thought it would be. She also said it is a 13+ book for some temptations that the characters have, one of them concerning something that many men, unfortunately, get drawn into and have a hard time getting out. The movie Fireproof shows this.

I loved JOhn Paul 2 High!!!!! IT really is an awesome book!! I would say 12 or 13 and up as well because it does deal with the issue of pornography, but mostly because there's a gun scare and a shooting.
I thought that was one of the most relevant parts of Fireproof to today's society. It was very important for the makers of Fireproof to portray a struggle with pornagraphy that both men and women have.

Yes, I agree, but I think that men have a harder time with pornography than women do, not saying that women don't have trouble with it.

It's so horrid living in a cave.
Every night bats come and haunt us and we have to cook yucky food over a burning fire, and sleep in camel hide beds.
Note: This is all nonsense!
