other than working at my church's fall festival not really.
speaking of which it is coming up in two week's, I must admit I am not really looking forward to it because I have to work at it, it kind of stinks because its my church's fall festival and I don't get to enjoy it well other people do, oh well I guess we mostly just put it on for money.

I had to volunteer at my school's fall fest last year. I face painted
I want to help out again this year but it's on a sunday and I have Chinese school :(

I don't mind volunteering for it I just wish I could have a little time off to have fun and eat (I almost always work over lunch which leaves me starving).

lol when I took the time off I went to the "haunted house" and it wasn't scary,but it was dark so I was crashing into walls and this kid came out of a refrigerator and said Boo. really unenthusiasticly

I went a week or two ago:) I know its pathetic that I can't remember but I have brain fog from having the flu all week.
speaking of which it came at the worst possible time, I had a big exam for class that I had been studying for and I missed it, and my little siblings were sick for Halloween, my Mom gave us all candy though.
I haven't gone trick or treating for a couple years, I have friends who still do but I don't anymore *sniff* I wish I still could though.

I went to a Halloween party at my friend's house. It was A LOT of fun!
I hope your feeling better too. Why is it a person always seems to get sick on holidays?
What were you girls for Halloween? I was a gyspy.
I haven't gone trick-or-treating in two years.:( Usally we only go to a few niebors homes, we call them before hand to make sure they'll be home, and stop by. I've never gone trick-or-treating in town. It's kinda nice just going to people you know b/c they give you tons of candy. But still, I'd like to try it in town sometime.

thanks both of you! I am finally feeling much better, Im not perfect but I am doing way better than I was.
now that halloween is past I cant wait until winter comes, I just love snow, my Mom dosent like it at all but I love it, its so magical:)

yeah I can't stand slush, it makes such a mess and ruins shoes:(
I'd start a winter thread except this forum is closing soon as you know so I figure there is no sense in it.
hey AudreeC are you a subscriber? I hope you are so we can be friends on the new site, and of course I want to be friends on the new site with you too Rosalie:) I signed up now I'm just waiting to hear back:)
I know I always rush holidays and new seasons but I cant help it, I can't wait for Christmas, or at least Advent, Advent is fun cause we start making cookies and listening to Christmas music, I cant wait to listen to Christmas music, I LOVE it!:) its so fun, I especially like the ones sung by like Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra ,Nat King Cole ect.
